The Struggling Readers Program is a self-paced digital professional learning program delivered online. Because access to course materials is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered in limited, exceptional circumstances, including illness or injury that prevents a participant from engaging with the course within six months of enrollment.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting the program directly. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
Refund Conditions
Approved refunds, if any, are subject to the following conditions:

Requests must be made within six months of purchase

The majority of course content must not have been completed

Access to the course may be revoked if a refund is issued
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout and processed manually through the website’s payment system.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial completion or non-completion of the course

Failure to access or engage with the course after enrollment
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through the website. This program does not offer automatic cancellations or prorated refunds.
